Your organisation

Accounts, events, CME credits and NFC cards are managed by your organisation — contact its administrators first.

When reporting a problem, please include:

System requirements

Account and sign-in

I don't have an account — where do I register?

WeCoMed has no public self-registration. Accounts are created by your medical organisation's administrators. Contact the association or institution you belong to; if you are not sure who to ask, write to support@wecoap.com with your organisation's name.

I'm not receiving the OTP code
The app says my organisation is suspended

This appears when your organisation has paused its subscription. Your data is preserved. Contact your organisation's administrators to find out when service resumes.

I belong to several organisations — how do I switch?

Go to Menu → Switch organisation and pick the one you want to work in. Events, credits and points are kept separate per organisation.

I can see an unfamiliar device signed in

Go to Menu → Security & devices → Session management, sign that device out, and notify support@wecoap.com immediately.

Enabling Face ID / fingerprint sign-in

Go to Menu → Security & devices and turn on biometric sign-in. The match runs on your device through the operating system; the app never receives or stores your face or fingerprint data.

NFC cards

My phone will not read the card
I lost my card

Tell your organisation's administrators immediately so the card can be locked. Once locked it can no longer be used to check in or open your profile. Your organisation will issue a replacement under its own process.

Check-in and events

Check-in says I am outside the event area

Some events enable location verification. Turn on location services, grant WeCoMed the location permission when prompted, move somewhere with a clearer sky view for a better GPS fix, and try again. If you really are at the venue, ask a coordinator to check you in manually.

I checked in but nothing was recorded

Check your connection and pull to refresh the event screen. Some events require a coordinator to approve the record before it appears. If nothing shows after 24 hours, contact the event organisers with a screenshot.

I was placed on the waitlist

The event has reached its registration limit. You will be notified if a place opens up or when the organisers review the waitlist.

Evidence and CME credits

Which evidence file formats are accepted?

Images, PDF and office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The exact list is configured per organisation; the app will tell you if a file is not accepted.

My evidence was rejected

The reviewer's reason is recorded by your organisation and shown in the evidence detail view. You can submit a different file. Questions about the decision itself should go to the event organisers.

My CME credits have not been added

Credits are awarded only after the organisation approves your attendance or evidence. If the evidence is already marked "Approved" and no credits appear after 24 hours, contact support@wecoap.com.

What are WeCo points for?

WeCo points are internal reward points configured by your organisation and redeemable for the rewards it publishes. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Data and privacy

How do I delete my account?

See the full instructions on the Delete your account and data page. You can delete from inside the app or by email — no reinstall needed.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Email privacy@wecoap.com from your registered address. We reply within 72 working hours and provide the copy within 30 days.

Does the app collect patient data?

No. WeCoMed only handles your own professional data: profile, event attendance and training credits. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can the AI assistant replace medical advice?

No. It only answers questions about using the app and about events. AI-generated content is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment guidance. Never enter patient information into the chat.
